It’s hard to believe that the holiday season has already begun. You’re creating your shopping list and it’s really staring to add up fast. In the midst of your holiday shopping you still have to find the time to get new window treatments at a reasonable price. A trained Design Consultant like myself, will make this experience as easy as possible. We will answer all your questions and find the product that works for you.
With the holidays you can expect the cold weather to be following; therefore, something that is going to be insulating, stylish, and also save money on your heating bill this winter would be ideal. Well I have the perfect product for you, a Cellular shade. If you’re not familiar with them it’s a cell shape blind that many refer to as honeycombs. Ours are created in a unique D-Cell shape which provides a higher insulation value, which the shape also stops the lose of the pleat. Our Smart Cells, Prestige, and Designer Prints are created with a spun laced material which prevents it from fray and gives it a softer feel which really allows the color to pop. The colors range from winter grey to a more natural bar harbor beige.
With the different styles of cellular shades there is one that will fit you. Not only are they going to help you save money on your heating and cooling bill, they come cordless which is ideal for a child’s room. The cordless option can be added to a majority of the cellular shades making them a lot safer of the little one. Another option you may want to consider adding is, a top down bottom up option. This allows you to have all the privacy on the bottom while allowing light or fresh air in through the top.
These shades are easy to clean, and you can use the extension on the vacuum to the surface of the shade to catch any dust that may be caught in the blind. Another tip I got from a customer was to take a hair dryer on a cool setting and place at the ends of the cell. This will blow out anything that may be hard to reach in the center of the shade. If there is a spot you need to clean try a damp cloth and treat the spot directly.
I think after reading this it should be clear that a cellular shade is one easy way to save money over time while adding style and comfort to your home.
